1. Who we are
AI-Mela (https://www.aimela.in) is operated by TODO: your full legal name or business name, TODO: street address, city, state, PIN code, India (“we”, “us”). By using the site or signing in, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use AI-Mela.
2. What AI-Mela is
AI-Mela is a directory and leaderboard of artificial intelligence products built in India. Listings are ranked by the total amount their makers have paid to promote them. A listing’s rank reflects money paid, not our opinion of its quality. All ranked placements are paid advertising.
3. Accounts
You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for activity under your account. One person or business may hold several listings, but each listing must be for a different product. You must be at least 18 years old to list a product or place a bid.
4. Who can list
- The product must be built by a company, LLP, sole proprietor or individual based in India.
- Artificial intelligence must be a core part of the product.
- You must own the product or be authorised to list it.
- You must give accurate details, including a valid GSTIN, CIN, LLPIN or DPIIT recognition number.
We do not accept products that are foreign-built, unlawful, sexually explicit, gambling or betting, misleading “earn money” schemes, or that infringe someone else’s rights. We may reject, hide or remove any listing that breaks these rules.
5. Review
We review each new listing before it appears on the leaderboard, usually within two working days. If we reject a listing, we refund everything paid for it, as set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
6. Bids and ranking
- Bids are in Indian rupees, in whole rupees. The minimum new bid and the minimum increase are shown on the site and may change.
- Your listing’s total is the sum of all bids paid for it. Listings are ordered by total; ties go to the older listing.
- Other makers can outbid you at any time. Your rank can go down without notice. We do not promise any rank, number of clicks, sales or search engine result.
- You can pay a higher amount to lock the #1 position for a fixed time, as shown on the site. While a lock is active, no one can move above the locked listing.
- Bids are payments for advertising placement. They are not deposits, wagers or investments, and they do not earn interest.
- AI-Mela is not registered for GST at present, so no GST is charged on bids and no tax invoice is issued. We will update these terms and notify makers before this changes.
7. Payments
Payments are processed by our payment partner. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details. A bid takes effect only after the payment partner confirms the payment.
8. Your content
You keep ownership of the name, description, logo and other content you submit. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content on AI-Mela and in promotion of AI-Mela while your listing is live. You confirm that your content is accurate and does not infringe anyone’s rights.
9. Links and clicks
Links to listed products are marked as sponsored. We count clicks to show makers how their listing performs. Click counts are an estimate and are not a billing measure.
10. Acceptable use
You must not attempt to manipulate rankings or click counts, scrape the site at a rate that harms it, interfere with its security, or use it for anything unlawful.
11. Disclaimers and liability
AI-Mela is provided “as is”. We do not endorse any listed product and are not responsible for the products themselves, which are offered by their makers. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
12. Ending your use
You can ask us to remove your listing at any time. Removal does not entitle you to a refund of bids already applied to a live listing. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new “last updated” date. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated terms.
14. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at TODO: city, state have exclusive jurisdiction.
15. Contact and grievances
Write to TODO: support@your-domain.in. Our Grievance Officer is TODO: name of the grievance officer. We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 15 days.
